＜お手入れ・変色について　care instructions and discoloration＞
銅の酸化・変色を防ぐために煮色仕上げ、または硫化仕上げを施しています。その後、インクララックにてコーティングしていますので、お手入れは空拭きしていただくのみです。
時を経るごとに味わいが増し、渋みや重量感のある風合いに変化していきます。
クレンザーやたわしで擦ると表面が傷つき、傷ついた部分の変色が進んでしまいますのでご注意ください。
In order to prevent copper from oxidizing and discoloring, it has been given a boiled color finish or a sulfurized finish. After that, it is coated with Incralac, so all you have to do is wipe it dry. As time goes by, the taste will increase and the texture will change to astringent and heavy texture. Please note that rubbing with a cleanser or scrubbing brush will damage the surface and further discoloration of the damaged area.
